01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

The relationship shouldn’t restart
after every handoff.

A contact list tells you who the customer is. A connected relationship workspace helps each team see what should happen next.

01

Qualified, then forgotten.

Lead context stays in a spreadsheet while the opportunity moves into someone else’s pipeline.

A better working pattern

Carry the company, contact, source and owner into the next sales step.

02

Sold, then explained again.

Care and account teams have to reconstruct the customer’s history after the deal is won.

A better working pattern

Open related commercial, order and service context from the customer relationship.

03

Served, then left to chance.

Repeat orders, open issues and outreach plans compete for attention in separate queues.

A better working pattern

Prepare the next conversation with service, billing and engagement context visible.

One account context.
Keep ownership visible at the next step.

02 / HOW THE WORK CONNECTS

From first interest
to the next order.

Sales wins the commitment. Account and care teams sustain it. Leaders see the commercial outlook across the same relationship.

  1. 01Qualify

    Lead, source, contact and owner

  2. 02Progress

Win the right opportunities.

01 / 03Lead qualification

Feature index

01 / 01 Lead qualification

Give every lead an owner and a next move.

Focus attention before an opportunity reaches the pipeline.

See the company, contact, source, score, owner and last touch together. Qualify an open lead into a deal, or record a disqualification reason so the team learns from the decision.

Prioritize the queue
Filter by source and score band; review time since last contact.
Keep ownership explicit
Assign selected leads and retain the company and contact context when qualifying.
Sales development → opportunity owner

The next seller starts from the lead’s context, rather than rebuilding it in another list.

01 / 02 Opportunity pipeline

Run the next action, alongside the stage.

Keep opportunities visible from first qualification to a recorded decision.

Work through defined sales stages with an owner, expected close and activity context. Stage probabilities and stale-deal rules give managers a structured way to discuss the pipeline.

Review the work behind the value
Use the board and deal detail to examine activities, ownership and progress.
Close the loop
Capture won or lost outcomes and loss reasons rather than letting old opportunities disappear.
Opportunity owner → quotation owner

Pipeline review becomes a conversation about decisions and next actions, with a clear owner.

01 / 03 Quotations

Carry the agreed scope into the sale.

Keep the commercial offer connected to its opportunity.

Build and follow quotations against a deal, with line items, pricing and commercial status. Distinguish alternatives from included scope and retain the decision context when the offer is accepted.

Make the proposal concrete
Work with products and services, quantities and commercial documents.
Keep the decision visible
Follow quotation status and the accepted offer from the related opportunity.
Sales → account and billing teams

The team can refer back to the proposed scope instead of chasing a detached document.

01 / 03Customer & account context

Feature index

02 / 01 Customer & account context

Open the relationship. See the working context.

Bring contacts, sites and related work into the same customer view.

Manage businesses, individuals, accounts, branches and prospects with linked contacts and locations. Related deals, quotations, orders, subscriptions and support records stay reachable from the relationship.

Respect real account structures
Link a billing account to its branches while preserving receiving contacts and sites.
Review access by role
The prototype illustrates scoped contact visibility. Confirm deployed permissions against representative roles during implementation.
Sales → customer care and account manager

A new conversation can begin with the customer’s situation already in view.

02 / 02 Conversations & call center

Pick up the conversation with context.

See the responsible owner and customer actions beside the thread.

Review the shared conversation queue, assigned team member and customer history together. The customer panel keeps actions such as repeat order, reschedule and open ticket close to the conversation.

Channel labels and AI measures in the artwork are sample UI. Validate channel connections, routing and AI behavior for the agreed rollout.

Work a shared queue
Review conversations and the responsible team member rather than relying on personal inbox memory.
Move from contact to action
Use the customer and related work as context for the next service or commercial step.
Conversation owner → customer care or account team

Customers have less reason to repeat the background at each internal handoff.

02 / 03 Customer support

Turn the issue into owned follow-through.

Keep the service conversation connected to the customer relationship.

Review support records with their customer context and status. Triage and track the work so that account managers can see what still needs attention before the next commercial conversation.

Make open work visible
Use the support register and detail views to examine the issue and its current state.
Keep the handoff grounded
Follow customer and related order context when coordinating the response.
Customer care → responsible team → account manager

The relationship can recover through visible follow-through, rather than an isolated support thread.

01 / 03Repeat orders & billing context

Feature index

03 / 01 Repeat orders & billing context

Make the next order part of the relationship.

Check the schedule and commercial context before the next commitment.

Review recurring schedules and payment issues, with billing documents, receivables and account context available. Prepare the next customer commitment with the order pattern and outstanding balance in view.

Plan recurring demand
Review recurring-order schedules and changes in the customer’s order pattern.
Prepare the next conversation
Check the billing and outstanding-balance context before agreeing the next commitment.
Account manager ↔ order and billing teams

Selling, serving and collecting can share the same customer context even when different people own the work.

03 / 02 Campaigns, promotions & loyalty

Give repeat business a relevant reason to return.

Plan the audience, offer and approval before the next message.

Prepare campaigns and messages, and manage promotions and loyalty rules in dedicated views. Use the available audience and customer context to plan a relevant follow-up instead of treating every relationship alike.

Plan targeted engagement
Work with campaign audiences, channel choices and message preparation in the prototype workflow.
Coordinate the offer
Review promotion and loyalty settings alongside the campaign plan.
Account insight → marketing → customer conversation

Use audience, campaign status and offer rules to prepare the next message. Channel connections and delivery are agreed during implementation.

03 / 03 Sales forecast & management

Discuss the forecast with its assumptions in view.

Connect pipeline health to the commercial outlook.

Review commit, weighted, best-case and worst-case views against quota. Coverage, per-rep views and at-risk opportunities help managers examine what supports the forecast.

Compare plausible scenarios
Inspect the scenario band and the pipeline expected to close in the selected period.
Find the conversation to have
Use at-risk and per-rep views to focus coaching and the next opportunity review.
Sales team → sales director and business owner

The forecast is a reviewable projection based on sample pipeline assumptions, not a promise of future revenue.

05 / WHERE IT FITS

Start with the relationship
you need to manage.

For businesses where winning the first commitment and sustaining the customer belong in one operating conversation.

B2B SALES

A FOCUSED START

Prove one customer handoff first.

Choose a segment and one working journey. Agree the data, ownership and outcome before expanding.

  1. 01

    Map the working journey

Pick the lead-to-quote or sale-to-repeat-order path that matters most.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Confirm records, import quality, team access, channel connections and the systems that stay in place.

  3. 03

    Agree the acceptance check

On representative records, the receiving owner can find the agreed scope, customer context, unresolved work and next decision. Confirm ownership is assigned, and record exceptions to resolve.

06 / QUESTIONS BEFORE A PILOT

A clear scope
makes a better start.

How is this different from a contact database?

The customer record is connected to lead qualification, opportunities, quotations, conversations, support, repeat orders and commercial views. The value is the handoff between those workflows, alongside a directory of people.

Can it work for both B2B and repeat-order relationships?

The prototype includes businesses, individuals, prospects, accounts, branches, sites, recurring orders and customer engagement. A pilot selects the relevant relationship type and screens; every team does not need every module.

Does this replace our existing finance or messaging system?

That is a scope decision. Billing and receivables views supply commercial context, while communication channels and other system connections are configured during implementation. This presentation does not assert deployed integrations or replace a statutory accounting review.

What should we bring to the first working session?

Bring a representative lead, opportunity, quotation and customer case; the current owners; a sample import; and the main handoff problem. Use anonymized records where appropriate.

What is live in this presentation?

The navigation, generated-art gallery, sample handoff walkthrough and local brief are interactive. Screens and figures use sample prototype data. The presentation sends no messages, changes no business records and submits no information.

07 / THE NEXT CONVERSATION

Bring one relationship.
Map the next move.

The brief stays in your browser until you copy or download it. Nothing is sent.
